The Donik Sports youth Hit-N-Stick(tm) baseball/softball training aid is a hitting teaching and practice tool that can be used to easily develop hitting skills or diagnose and correct hitting problems. A parent coach or teammate simply holds it in the desired position for the batter and upon contact it absorbs the shock and naturally rotates. It can then be quickly returned to position and the drill repeated.
